Running a marathon
For all those that don’t already know him, today I want to present the running champion, coach, diet and fitness expert and an author, known by name Stu Mittleman. This guy is really incredible. He holds the world record for running 1,000 miles in 11 days. Then, at nearly 50-years-old, he ran 3,000 miles over two months—more than two marathons a day for over 56 days! He literally ran across the United States from San Diego to New York City.
When asked why does he runs so much, he replied with a laugh: “Because I don’t have time to run more :)”… Many people can’t understand him or his reason for doing that, but for him all this it makes sense… HE IS LIVING HIS PURPOSE!
